DUI Lawyer Mike Norris wins another DUI trial

DUI Lawyer Michael Norris recently represented someone who was charged with a DUI in Schaumburg.  The court case went to Rolling Meadows where Mike filed a Motion to Quash the arrest of our client.  Despite the fact that the client submitted a breath test that resuled in a blood alcohol content of .19, Mike was able to show that there was no probable cause for the Schaumburg Officer to stop the client and thus, the client's case was dismissed.
Many people assume that if you blow over a .08 that you can't win your DUI case.  With the right facts and an experienced DUI lawyer, it is possible to beat a DUI – even with a very high BAC score.
In this case, the client was stopped for driving away from a bar despite having committed no traffic violation.  The officer stopped this person merely because there was a fight at the bar and the officer did not want the client to flee the scene (which he wasn't doing).  After hearing the testimony of the officer, the judge agreed with out premise that there was no probable cause for the stop and therefore the case was dismissed
