Schaumburg Drug Arrests Thrown Out of Court

Posted by John Callahan | Feb 05, 2013 | 0 Comments

As criminal defense attorneys who represent clients charged with drug offenses, we have seen much over the years. We have represented police officers charged with crimes and defendants who alleged that the police were corrupt. Recently, one of our clients was arrested by the Schaumburg Police Department on his way to deliver almost 500 grams of cannabis. Because of the recent criminal charges stemming from police corruption in Schaumburg, we were able to get his entire case dismissed. The resolution of the case took a very long time, but we stayed with his case without pleading him guilty because we believed that there was corruption going on in the Schaumburg Police Department and the information from our client, as well as another client who we also represented, proved accurate about these crooked police officers. In any event, all the charges were dismissed against our client. Happy ending.
